Our design is rooted in our bountiful environs. Cotswold stone is used throughout and floor to ceiling glass walls offer a view through the woodland surrounds.
Water is at the heart of C-Side Spa, inspired by our own natural springs and lake found at Cowley Manor. A spectacular 15m outdoor pool and a 17m slate lined indoor pool are open all day, year round. Fitness classes at C-Side Spa are at the core of our experience, set amidst the serene surroundings of Cowley Manor Experimental. From Pilates and Core Flow sessions in our garden room to dynamic Aqua Fit classes, our offerings cater to all fitness levels. Embrace outdoor activities with our Walking Club and enjoy unique sessions like Tree Bathing and Outdoor Bootcamp, blending mindfulness with physical challenge.

OSKIA’s Signature Facial is expertly adapted for the back, offering deep cleansing, exfoliation, and a hot aromatic compress. A relaxing massage for the legs, back, and shoulders completes this revitalising treatment, leaving both body and mind rejuvenated.
LIME & WALNUT BODY WRAP
A luxurious Monuskin head-to-toe ritual to ease life’s stresses. Lime oil and crushed walnut exfoliate deeply, while shea butter nourishes the skin. After the scrub, the body is wrapped in muslin, followed by a soothing face and scalp massage. This treatment is gently removed with warm mitts, leaving your skin smooth and hydrated.
Cowley Ritual
This full-body Monuskin treatment combines therapeutic aromatherapy oils with gentle exfoliation using a bespoke brush and salt scrubs. A relaxing face and scalp massage, followed by a custom sculpting facial and sheet mask, leaves your skin smooth, hydrated, and refreshed. Hot stones – Level up your Deep Sleep massage with hot stones. A deeply relaxing massage to restore harmony. Heat releasing volcanic stones are used to work in a deeper level. The most blissful way to soothe the body and mind.

Deep sleep massage
Our signature Deep Sleep massage is the perfect treatment to relax and balance the mind and body. Using a combination of warm oils and deeply nourishing massage techniques, this treatment calms and releases muscle tension to naturally promote deep relaxation and sound sleep.
Muscle melt
A tailored deep pressure massage designed to melt away muscle tension throughout the body, easing body stresses and targeting aching muscles. This bespoke treatment focuses on your body’s needs and leaves you feeling relaxed and de-stressed.
Oskia Mother to be warm oil massage
This full-body treatment soothes tension as your body changes, with nourishing oils and a luxurious foot scrub using pumpkin enzymes and pink Himalayan salts. A gentle facial cleanse, followed by a relaxing face, scalp, and décolleté massage, will leave you in a state of pure relaxation.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
Lymphatic drainage massage stimulates the lymphatic system to remove toxins, reduce swelling, and improve circulation. It also promotes relaxation, alleviating stress and anxiety while enhancing mental clarity. Regular sessions can boost immunity, improve skin tone, and contribute to overall well-being.
