A page has turned, a new chapter has begun for the restaurant and bar at Cowley Manor Experimental. At the helm is celebrated British chef Jackson Boxer whose menu reflects the local area, with a nod to our French roots.

The Cowley Manor's restaurant offers a magnificent dining room adorned with carved wood and designer furniture. This luminous space opens onto a large terrace overlooking our lush gardens and tranquil lake, offering breathtaking views of nature—a setting that enhances every dining experience.

Gloucestershire Old Spot croquettes and Stinking Bishop gougères to snack on in the cocktail bar. In the main restaurant, Roasted cod with fennel butter and smoked tomatoes is a highlight. A Cote de Boeuf to share. Oysters to start. Unpretentious, yet memorable.

A place to return to again and again, for cocktails, dinner or lunch. A place where time is frozen, much like the fate of Carroll’s White Rabbit, where there is simply no time to do anything else but sit back, relax and enjoy.

Join us for afternoon tea or to our traditional Sunday Roast . Our afternoon tea features delicate pastries paired with sandwiches served in our elegant dining room or on the terrace, offering panoramic garden views. Our Sunday Roast is served from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and is a local favourite, blending tradition with amaizing produce.
